Hi and welcome to my page. I started this blog to connect with and help others who might be feeling lost or overwhelmed in their journey through life’s peaks and valleys. Maybe you went through a major life change and you’re at a fork in the road. I hope you can find some solace here.

All my blood family arrived in Canada as refugees. I grew up straddling two cultures and not knowing where I belonged; often, I felt alone in how I perceived the world and my culture, and the traumas my family carried with them heavily influenced my upbringing. Being extremely shy and then punished when I did speak up, I withdrew into myself, burying anger and resentment. I spent my 20s and 30s working hard, in a career field I was not passionate about and learning how to communicate with others in healthy ways. During the height of my depression and discontentment with work, I started to study energy healing modalities: Reiki, crystal healing and Heart Resonance and attended numerous workshops, classes and circles. From each experience and teacher, I took on aspects that resonated deeply. Nowadays, I don’t subscribe to one particular practice as experimenting is second nature for me and I’m always asking “Why?”. Looking back, as a child, there were some interesting occurrences that dotted the way; for instance, I was always very drawn to certain crystals and stones and during a family vacation to Mexico, I found a medicine bag to wear around my neck and knew to put my gems in there. Also, I would hear high pitched sounds, like the 90s dial up modems, in my ear (you can find sound clips on YouTube) and get headaches often. Today, I now understand that the Divine was trying to communicate with me.

All perceived struggles and detours I experienced each played an integral part in placing me onto this path. 

My Higher self, guides and angels are now guiding me to speak out and shine my light. My intentions for this site are to build meaningful connections, give and receive wisdom and knowledge, and in putting my voice out there, to inspire and allow others to do the same. It’s time now to share what we know, to broadcast our true selves to the world, to come out of the spiritual closet, and have fun with it all!

Based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, I live with my amazing partner, a black cat named Sirius and a brown tabby named Merlin. I consider myself a mystic and am continuously learning about all kinds of spiritual topics. In my current stage of evolution, I’m passionate about energy healing, dream work, crystals, seeking universal truths, animal communication, gardening, medicinal plants, connecting with the land, and environmentally conscious living. I feel that my place on Earth must be close to forests, mountains and the ocean. Past lives in Lemuria and Atlantis, Europe, as well as lives of worship have heavily influenced my spiritual path in this lifetime. I have a weird sense of humour and a quirky personality that I let out when I’m comfortable around certain people.

In my blog posts, I will share some of my experiences with spiritual awakening, dreamwork, and other bits of knowledge and wisdom. My sincere hope and intent for this site is for you, the reader, to feel some resonance or comfort with what I have to share. The spiritual journey can be tumultuous at times but know that you are never alone. Be true to yourself and you will always find what you seek.
